Was Sie erwartet
To establish and expand our business in the United States, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager. This role combines strategic business development, direct customer acquisition, technical consultative sales, and market development. The successful candidate will act as the local face of Servus in the U.S. market and drive sustainable sales growth. Build up a successful U.S. business and earn the opportunity to lead it as the future Managing Director based on performance and results.
Was Sie Mitbringen
- Strong professional network within the U.S. manufacturing and intralogistics market
- Proven logistics and intralogistics know-how
- Strong understanding of the U.S. market and the ability to represent the Servus USA perspective
- Senior-level sales experience with excellent executive communication and customer engagement skills
- Strong team player who collaborates closely with engineering, project management and headquarters
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable sales success
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Charlotte (CLT), North Carolina area
- Capable of independently leading customer workshops, discovery sessions and solution presentations
