The Servus software is the strategic centre of the entire Servus system. It controls the flow of materials consistently, efficiently and precisely – perfectly tailored to each individual environment.
It is operated locally, directly at the customer's premises. This guarantees maximum data security, full system autonomy and unrestricted operability – even in the event of internet failures.

What does the customer bring with them, what does Servus bring?
Servus complements existing IT structures (e.g. existing ERP or WMS) or, if required, provides its own fully integrated software solutions – right through to hardware control.
Central systems
· ERP (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics): Controls company resources
· WMS (MIA-WMS or customer-specific): Organises warehouse processes
· Servus Manager: Controls all transport and hardware components
· MFC / SEAS / Portal: Additional control and analysis systems
Integration of third-party systems:
AGVs, storage and retrieval machines, etc. are easily connected – via REST API or database interfaces.

The Servus Manager is the central control unit, which functions like a taxi dispatch centre and distributes all individual orders. The Servus Manager is therefore the brain that:

The Servus Portal is your digital access point to your entire plant – anytime, anywhere, on any device. It records all processes in real time and visualises them in a clear and structured manner. This allows you to identify malfunctions immediately and take direct action – efficiently, precisely and without detours.
The modern 3D display enables intuitive orientation even in complex plants. The combination of transparency, visualisation and process reliability creates a tool that makes your operational excellence visible – and takes your business to a new level.
