The Servus system seamlessly connects inbound station, consolidation, two set picking stations, and a Servus PickStation for automated picking which enables hybrid picking processes. Spare parts are transported quickly and efficiently just-in-time to where they are needed. The PickStation is a central element of the system and contributes significantly to increasing operational efficiency.
The workstations are ergonomically designed: height-adjustable tables, lifting platforms for pallets, plenty of light, and short distances ensure maximum comfort and productivity. The new warehouse management system features significantly simplified processes: goods are brought directly to the packing stations, eliminating unnecessary trips and minimizing errors.
